However, ushering a new paradigm in education is an uphill task that requires the teachers’ active co-operation and understanding of administrators alike. They have placed as the first step of their humble endeavor to rejuvenate the existing education system by integrating the most relevant and meaningful features of the ancient Gurukula with the best of the scientifically designed modern systems enlivened by psychological and educational research. The basic purpose of education is to realize the potential in the children. Every child is endowed with creative abilities and it is the responsibility of educational institutions to bring out the talents of the children, chisel them, round off the rough edges, polish them and make them successful human beings. Living in perfect harmony with nature, both teachers and students in the school have ample opportunities to imbibe service-mindedness and inculcate ethical principles. The Chairman and members of SBMJECT have taken a personal interest in all aspects of the running of the school through innovative processes.
