The immigration in India has shifted to Indian global citizens from Indian teachers and the India entrepreneurs. The educators in US and UK are creating a global market of teachers. According to the survey done in Great Britain there are almost 7000 vacancies and the National Union for Teachers predict that figure in the up coming years will reach to 40,000. There is a big draw in the salary of teachers in UK. Indian teachers in UK will start their job and will get about 17,000 pounds a year and the issue is that he or she will take out almost 27,000 pounds after he/she has been qualified in Britain. The biggest problem for Indians in UK is that that the Local Educational Authorities don't recognize Indian degrees. Even a teacher have a Ph.D degree or has 10 years of experience in work he/she has to start from the beginning. The boards of school contact the agency which recruits and advertise the vacant seats in India for the people who are eligible. After submitting the application the officials visits India or conduct a telephonic interview of the candidate. Video conference is sometimes conducted before selecting a particular candidate.

It's very difficult and hard for them adjust in a new culture and a diverse society. it's clear from a survey Indian teachers are very popular throughout the world. They go in different portions of the world and share and provide students of different culture with vital knowledge. They are very popular in Middle Africa and the under developed and developed nations of Asia. Teachers, in a number of thousands, have taught students of Uganda , Nigeria and South Africa till there government policies were changed and an outbreak of a fatal disease Xenophobic. Demand of Indian teachers in Zambia is very high and Indian teachers in Gulf are very famous and people prefer a teacher from India. In India teaching is not a financially good career but still India is producing a large number of teachers every year.
